Phil, The DISTRIBUTE function IS in RSCS, as of release 2.3, or 2.2+PTF.
The only problem is it will only work well if you have a backbone of
RSCSV2 and/or JESx links, because it's implemented thru multiple dataset
headers. Since it's not likely that everyone will go RSCSV2.2+/2.3 soon,
it will not work.
