   With the help of Jose Maria Blasco (JMBLASCO@DEARN) and Christian
Reichetzeder, I've written a new command for LISTSERV.  The command is
/Nearest.  It will list the nearest servers to a particular target node.
Unless only backbone servers are requested (via the BACKBONE option), it
will indicate whether or not the server is a backbone server.  The
command will optionaly ignore or use link weights when calculating
the distances.  Considering the weights is the default.  If anyone is
interested in this command, it is installed on the servers at AWIIMC11,
DEARN and TRINITY.  The files are available as NEAREST PACKAGE from
my server (LISTSERV@TRINITY).  If anyone has any questions, please
