If you still have the list of temporary addresses, my suggestion would be to use the Web interface, go into the list management and then subscriber management pages, then bulk operations, point to a file containing the temporary addresses and use remove the subscribers listed in that file. If I'm misunderstanding your problem or am not clear on my instructions, let me know.

Subject: Help

Hi,

I manage a listserv and just made a mistake. I had deleted one group of subscribers earlier this week so that I could add a separate temporary group to receive a certain message. My intention was to delete that list after sending the message, and then re-add the original group. But I had forgotten to delete the temporary group and re-add the former - and today I just sent a message intended for the original group to the second group - which they should not be reading.

I sent it to the listserv, but it hasn't yet posted. Is there any way to stop the message from going out to the subscribers?

It's not the end of the world, but I really would like to avoid 600 people asking me why they got that message...

Thanks so much!
