The /WHOIS command has been updated for use on 1.7e.
 
/WHOIS is available from [log in to unmask] You can get the change
by getting only LSV$WHO EXEC or you get the package with GET WHOIS PACKAGE.
I have removed Harry Williams' LSV$WHOW EXEC which used LSVFILER instead
of EXECIO in the original LSV$WHO because I changed LSV$WHO to use
LSVFILER also (sorry H.).
