I too am new to the listserv scene.  I would like to reiterate someone
else's comment, what kind of list servers and software is best to use on
a win3.11 and Win95 platform?  Since I am working for an educational
facility I also need to present information on the pro's and con's of
listservs and an outline of the different options.  Is there a site that
explains this perhaps?  I would apreciate any information on the matter.
