I didn't go this far with my situation but it sounds like more hardware is needed then. Or attachment restrictions. Faster CPU, more RAM

There is a cfg switch in that can halve the resources at the expenses of some indexing. At least that is how I understood it.

The problem is, he's pretty much reduced it as much as he can if he still wants to maintain web archives.  It's already set to "Weekly".
