Hello all,
   I just got a note from Turgut Kfaoglu concerning the problems that
have been occuring with VM-UTIL (and probably other lists peered with
TREARN).  He said he's not sure of the cause of the problem but suspects
that some of the changes he's made recently at TREARN had something to
do with it.  He has added some code to verify that list peers which have
already received a posting do not get shipped another copy.  Hopefully,
this should take care of the problem.   VM-UTIL is still peered to
TREARN.
