I have a question about the CMDPIPE_HOSTNAME site configuration
variable.  Is this available for Unix?  The table on page 21 of the Site
Manager's manual (section 5.2) says that it is, but page 260 (Appendix
C) says it's only available for Windows NT (which would sure be a
bummer).  Which is correct?  I'm inclined to guess the latter, because
I'm having no luck with this variable on our Solaris server...

While I'm here I should also note that the page listing for
CMDPIPE_HOSTNAME in the index appears to be incorrect based on where I
found the information above.
