Actually, it's the :internet tag in BITEARN NODES.  Talk to Louis J.
Wiesemann (LJWIES01@ULKYVM) or R. David Jones (RDJONE01@ULKYVM).  Either
of them can send an update to UPDATE@BITNIC to add this tag to ULKYVM's
