Ok, I know I should know how to do this.  But what do I need to do
to create a personalized MAILTPL file for my list?  I have:
 
   Created a Filelist for my list with listname MAILTPL listed.
   Edited the DEFAULT MAILTPL leaving only the parts I want to change
   LSVPUT the "listname" MAILTPL file
 
But I still get the default.
