I'm stumped. How do I send an HTML to a list and still maintain the
formatting. I have tried several things, putting "Content-Type: text/html"
as the first line, creating the letter as rich-text/html in my mail client.
No matter what I do, the letter comes back as plain text, with all the HTML
exposed.  What am I doing wrong?
