To install the LISTSERV SMTP listener after the fact:

1. Open a command prompt and go to C:\LISTSERV\MAIN (or wherever you installed LISTSERV).

2. Type: SMTPL DEFINE

3. Type: NET START LISTSERV-SMTP

That's it. Of course, you cannot run both SMTPL and LSMTP at the same time, not on the same port anyway. The above instructions assume that you have already stopped LSMTP.
