YES! Most of the functions and lists that employ the PRIME=
functionality are very large or time consuming distributions. I
can't afford the CPU during prime time to process these jobs,
although after prime hours, I have CPU available to burn. It's a
courtesy to those of us who operate backbone LISTSERVs to allow
us to decide when we have big chunks of time for the large
distributions, and observing the Prime= settings allow us to
apportion that time easily.
