I thought the whitespace after the equal sign was required.  The multiple
OWNER statements is a variation of "continuation" syntax (AFAIK) i.e.,
QUIET: is a "reserved" owner token and any owner userid@nodes occurring
after that, whether on the same line, or that occur on OWNER= keywords
that follow, has the semantic that they are interpretted to be "quiet."

I'll shut-up now (being the quiet sort).
