Listserv 16, rhel 6 server, postfix

So, I have listserv installed, and I can log into the web url and send massages that way.
I am unable to open outlook 2013(though I doubt version matters) and send a message to my [log in to unmask]
I get no bounce back, and the listserv.log shows nothing.
This does go through an exchange server, but the old listserv did and worked fine.

Thoughts?
