I would suggest dumping the STAFF_FACULTY list and make 2 independant
lists, STAFF and FACULTY.  Then assuming you want a post to go to both,
simply have an addressbook alias of STAFF_FACULTY which sends 2 copies,
one to each.

I am assuming that people would be a member of only one.  If this is not
the case, a post to both would deliver 2 copies, so you might want to do
some weeding.
