A new <NO>LISTMAIL user preference has  been added to LMail 1.2a in order
to provide a replacement for netwide  DELETE for sites which need to keep
certain inactive user  accounts in the CP directory, and  are not able to
set them to NOLOG (or NOMAIL) for reasons of internal policy. A user with
the NOLISTMAIL option can continue  to receive private mail normally, but
any message coming with a return  address of the form 'owner-xxx' will be
rejected with  a message saying that  the user does not  accept mail from
mailing lists and should be unsubscribed.
