does listserv confirm this command before fulfilling it? does listserv
identify the postmaster account from the from: header or the smtp from
envelope? can postmaster@exact-same-host issue other commands for users
at its site?
 
this seems to that it could have potential for problems if unscrupulous
people found out about this.
