Both these options would be very welcome by me too! The option of setting
an automatic archive deletion would be a major plus in my environment.
Each semester, I get swamped with requests to delete old archived messages
from lists that are used across multiple semesters by instructors for
their students. Understandably, these instructors do not want old material
on their lists' web sites. I would love to have the instructors be able to
code a specific delete date on the "Notebooks" keyword to accommodate
their needs.
