1. It  will necessarily arrive as  STEPHEN MAIL, because that  is the way
   the mailer calls the files. That  is, assuming you want the stuff sent
   as mail.
 
2. If you  use DISTRIBUTE MAIL, there  will only be one  recipient in the
   'To:' field of any single mail item, which fulfills your requirement.
