GLOBALV returns:
* SELECTED TABLE IS: LISTSERV
* MAILER=SMTP2@MSACVM
* Return code 0 from GLOBALV
Per your suggestion, I changed the mailer from SMTP to SMTP2. I have six
smtp machines and the low numbered ones rarely get hit. However, SMTP is
configured as the outgoing mailer in a few places so SMTP2 is safer to
play with. Anyway...

Sheesh, this machine's just too dang fast. I finally held the punch which
caused it to stop after the "Rescheduled..." message. Contents of rdr

I'm not sure what I'm looking for. To, from, etc. look ok. Same message
sent HTML only (as opposed to both formats):

Both messages produced the error to MAINT. I'm assuming the X-LSV headers
are appended by LISTSERV. Is there something significant in the flags?
