I guess  MARIST and UBVM have  a different maximum limit.  It's the MAILMAXL
var in LOCAL SYSVARS, and you can also change it on a list per list basis with
some keyword  which I  can't check  because I  don't have  the docs  here, but
should be "Sizelim= nnnn" I think.
