I really hate to disagree with Valdis but POST, like REVIEW, can only be
set/unset by the List Owner.  The subscriber cannot change this by themself.
The user could unsub/resub to attempt to clear it, but if you add the header
line

* Default-Options= NOPOST

then this option is automatically set for all new subscribers and even the
unsub/sub trick will not get around the setting.
