I have a couple of ideas for new lists, but I have a problem.
        I am not a sysop, nor will I be one in the foreseeable future.
        How do I get around this?  Are there folks out there who just
        provide and maintain distribution lists?  Is there a fee for
        those services?  Is there software available that does the job
        without sysop privileges?  (I don't see how.)
 
        Please help me answer these questions.  Thank you.
