Daily monitoring question

The daily error monitoring report for our Safety list at list.uvm.edu
started showing this odd address....

                Last error: User unknown

Of course I can't find this address subscribed. Anyone know how it got
included in monitoring and how I might remove it?

The list has:  Auto-Delete = Yes,Semi-Auto,Delay(4)
We run Listserv 1.8c on AIX.  Thanks.
