The version Number is consistent, even if the Compile date is not.  I tried to
use a standard 1.8e Release Kit for the test, sorry for sparking a
controversy.  The purpose of my comment was to illustrate a way for you to be
sure you are using a 1.8e version of wa.exe and not the older 1.8d version
when certain kinds of problems occur.  It is likely that the compile date will
change as other changes/improvements/bug fixes are made to wa.exe in the
future, just as changes are also made to LISTSERV and its Build Date also
changes from time to time.
