Is there a way to reject *subscriptions only* from a certain class of
addresses (from a certain host, let's say) across all lists on the
server, without changing lists individually?  I would also want to
include a customized message that tells the user why they were
rejected.  I guess I'm looking for the functionality of a list exit on
the server level.
