Now I have an organization named CLUB CIENTIFICO DE
PENALOLEN in Santiago, Chile. Over 70 are e-mailed weekly
with information on activities of the club in a poor
neiborhood in Santiago. The club have the following groups:
Astronomy, Robotics, Internet, Using solar energy and in the
future will have other. I need mail lists to coordinate this
groups and por informing the activities.

I don't have information from newsgroups about mail lists
and have no experience administering mail lists.
