What is the problem?
 
1. Defining a  list processor? If so,  read the RSCS manuals.  This is an
   RSCS function,  supported and documented  by IBM. If you  have further
   questions, call IBM or post to RSCS-L.
 
2. Adding the line "LISTPROC = '*LIST'" to LOCAL SYSVARS and rebooting???
