Has anyone else been having problems with the SMTP @ CUNYVM.CUNY.EDU
within the past 2 weeks?  Some of our mail gets returned, some
goes thru but we get gross error messages.  Any idea what might be
going on?  We tried contacting someone who seems to think we're on
MCIMAIL  (with a node name of SIVM.BITNET ??).  The consistent syntax
error is at 501...no args after the QUIT command.
