There's no guarantee that the name information exists in the system.
The list header keyword OWNER= specifies only an email address.  Since
an owner is not required to be a subscriber, there might not be an entry
in the signup file for their address.  Even if they are subscribed to
one or more lists, that doesn't necessarily mean there will be a signup
file entry, or that their name will be there, so there is nowhere
LISTSERV can look to get what you want for the report.
