We have a problem, being an end-node, with LISTSERV getting a bunch of
files for a single list (such as INFO-VAX) within a short period of time.
 
The problem is that LISTSERV merrily processes through the files, causing
too many files to be queued up on our outbound links, thereby making the
links go inactive.
 
Is there some way that LISTSERV can be slowed down a bit so that it only
processes one piece of mail in every 'delay' period of time?
