Has anyone managed to get the unsupported Lsoft Regina Rexx program
"cntpost" to run on a Windows 2003 server?

We have tried and keep getting an "error listening on port 5757".  The
source mentions an NT Resource Kit - seems a bit dated - however, we
located a version and couldn't see the utility for setting ports for
Rexx programs.

Any advice would you greatly appreciated.
