The 'Confirm-Delay=' keyword is a *LIST* configuration keyword, not a
*SITE* configuration keyword. Any list on your server which does not
contain the statement 'Confirm-Delay= xx', where 'xx' is an integer
value other than 48, will default to 48 hours.

Your question was posted to the site maintainers list, and asked how to
change the time on 'our listserv'. The context and terminology of your
question might lead some to believe that you are the site administrator
and want to change the default confirmation period for all lists on the
LISTSERV server. If that is the case, you will need to modify the header
for every existing list, and you may want to change the templates which
are used to create new lists, so that you do not have to change the
confirm-delay statement in every new list you create.
