I noticed that most messages from Listserv lists including ones hosted at our
site have the value of the Date header spaced over quite a ways. An excerpt
from the headers of a recent message:

Message-ID: <[log in to unmask]>
Date: Tue, 16 Jan 2007 10:06:51 -0600
Reply-To: "LISTSERV site administrators' forum"

Sender: "LISTSERV site administrators' forum" <[log in to unmask]>

Typically the date would be single-spaced away from the Date: header.

Perhaps this is done to keep things aligned in the archive view via the web
interface?

In any case, how can I disable these extra spaces?

Thanks,
Ray
