I  perfectly understand  the point  of  those who  do not  want to  speak
because they feel they do not  have enough information. Although I do not
want to start  a debate on whether or  not the EARN BoD is  wrong on this
list, I  felt that the  claims for information  that I have  received via
private  mail and  (to a  lesser extent)  via this  list are  legitimate.
People who are interested in learning more about the story are invited to
retrieve the following files:
 
- E88SQUAL  MEMO from  LISTSERV@LEPICS (my  memo on  the quality  of EARN
  services which started the whole thing).  This is the very same version
  which was  submitted to the EARN  Executive and BoD, with  today's date
  only because I SCRIPTed it today.
 
- BOD1288  MIN   from  LISTSERV@UKACRL  (the  official   minutes  of  the
  corresponding BoD meeting, where it  was decided "to reject" (my words,
  the politicians say "to accept in  a slightly different way") our claim
  and that all further problems of this kind had to be forwarded to one's
  BoD member).
