Is it possible to set up a list whereby only a "private" group of
subscribers can post and anyone else can review the digests but
not post?  Consider the following set of list parameters:
 
*   Review= Private   Subscription= Closed       Send= Private
*   Notify= No        Reply-To= List,Respect     Files= Yes
*   Validate= Store Only    Confidential=Yes
*   Notebook= Yes,X1/200,Monthly,Private
*   Owner= ca1108@siucvmb (Duke Koch)
 
Would just changing the access-level on Notebook= to "Public"
accomplish what I want?  Thanks in advance.
