That's controlled by MAXGETK in LISTSERV SYSVARS (which should have been
updated by 1.7f to a 2048K limit) or LOCAL SYSVARS (which would not have
been).  Check for MAXGET while you're in there.  (It was bumped up to
50 files in the main file, but may still be lingering at some smaller
value in some local SYSVARS file.)
