We have a list owner who is complaining about L-Soft because five
people in two different universities receives duplicate mail of everything
sent out on the list.  Of the 100 subscribers, they are the only five who
receive duplicates, yet the owner insists it is the way his list has been
set up.  Can anyone please give me a couple of suggestions as to what may
be happening, please.
