It's unix, so Nelly would have to build listview from source if she doesn't
have it, ie, with

make listview

since the Makefile does not automatically build a listview executable under
unix.  Nelly, if you no longer have the source kit, you can get it by
downloading these two files:

ftp://ftp.lsoft.com/listserv/unix/old-1.8d/common.tar.Z

(It appears that you're running 1.8d, so that's why I'm pointing to that kit.)
