As far as forwarding is concerned, I don't recall any changes and
one uses the (optional installation ?) command
 
/FORWARD userid@node
 
The only official doc that I know of is in the Reference Card.
Also check the lstown-l notebook archives (at SEARN) using
 
s /forward in lstown-l where sender contains eric
 
(Don't forget the "job" wrapper.)
 
Of course LSOFT's other product LMAIL (tm) is more comprehensive
in its treatment of forwarding, but that is not a pre-req product
for LISTSERV.  You appear to be running a different mailer though:
