Yes, exactly.  You already control the domain  folkehelsa.no  so it is very easy
for you add  listserv.folkehelsa.no  as the sub-domain for LISTSERV.  Then make
the necessary DNS entries and LISTSERV will receive all mail for it directly.
This is the normal setup we recommend for all LISTSERV installations.
