Doesn't even have to be the same host.  Look at the lcmdx.c source code -
between that and some clever calling of wa.cgi on the Listserv host,
you can get most of that done.   Not sure about DISTRIBUTE, that might
be a bit harder...  Does require you have at least a small webserver on
the Listserv box who's sole purpose is to run wa.cgi ;)
