Is there a list/subscriber setting that would allow an individual
subscriber to not be required to confirm messages they post when

Send= Editor,Hold,Confirm,Non-Member

One such subscriber is another mailing list and the confirmation request
is always undeliverable. The return error is delivered to me and I
"confirm" the message and allow it to be delivered.
