Netscape 4.7 no SUBMIT button on List Keyword Wizard

LISTSERV Support,

Version 1.8e of LISTSERV when I go to the
List Managers Interface, Wizard, Owner Keyword Wizard (any maybe even before that:

Netscape 4.7 does not display the SUBMIT button.
IE 5.0 does.

List Management = OK (has the SUBMIT button)
After that there are not any SUBMIT buttons.

Can I get a fix?
