I'm trying to set up an announce only list and am having no luck.  The
current configuration is listed below.  Currently the alerts email address
is trying to post a message to the remainder of the list.  The rejection
message he receives is included below the list header.

Obviously xxx's represent placeholders for confidentiality purposes.
