I have a test list that I issued a HOLD command for. The list is set up
to
send all posts to the Editor for approval. After being held, attempts to
post continue to be sent to the Editor. What's actually held in a held
list?

How should I configure the list so that attempts to post to it no longer
send a confirmation request to the Editor?
