New release of LSV not intalled

Hi all,
 
    Even though all the parts of the new release of LSV are in the
reader of LSV, it has not installed. Checking through the INSTALL
FILE , i found that i had a :Spool write error, failed.
 
   Unfortunately operations had erased all my reader files, so i never
got this notification via mail. What can i do to reinstall the new
version ?
