Is there a way to have mail to a LISTSERV discussion group be executed
after prime time hours, much like a batch job can be?  We have a list
which is starting to clog up things during the day, and I'd like LISTSERV
to hold off processing it's submissions until after prime time.
 
Please include a direct response, as it seems that mail from the list
is getting to me sporadically.
