Look up your install password (LOCAL SYSVARS file, line with instpw='value')
then issue the LISTSERV command: INSTALL PASSWORD codeword PW=value
(codeword is the CODE_1.5M, I believe.)
 
I remember that the instructions in LOCAL SYSVARS say something else, but ...
it didn't work.  Eric gave me this corrected command.
